About Me

My name is Lisa but I´m more known as "Ginger"

I stared to bake for my family and friends as a hobby and had my first "cake-jobs" when i was 14!  After finishing University I decided to turn my hobby into my profassion and started my Patisserie Diploma at the Culinaric School "Le Cordon Bleu" in London to become a professional Pastry Chef!

Since my graduation from Le Cordon Bleu, I worked in my Family Restaurants and also started my own Business "Gingerlicious"

I love to create and design Cakes and Sweets personaly for my customers so i hope to here from you soon!
